Valorant Hacks After a Patch: How Do You Judge an Update Claim?

Closed thread Closed by archive

After every update I see people asking whether a third-party tool is "still working," and the answers are usually a screenshot with no date or somebody saying "all good bro".

What would count as a useful status update to you? I'd at least want a timestamp, the game version being discussed, and a clear explanation of what has and hasn't been checked. Even then, I don't think a status post can promise that something will stay undetected.

The official 13.08 notes were posted on October 13, so anything talking about the current build should be dated after that if it's actually meant to reflect the patch. Am I missing anything obvious?

Timestamp is the bare minimum. I've seen pages reuse the same "updated today" banner for ages. Cross-check vendor claims against the live status notes on the cheat product page when one exists.

A current date doesn't prove a claim either. It just tells you when someone edited the page.

True. And a creator clip can be recorded on a different build. The clip needs context, not just dramatic music.

Exactly. I'd rather read "not verified yet" than a confident lie.

Official patch notes are useful for knowing what changed in the game, not proof that a third-party program is compatible. People keep treating those as the same thing.
