Wrongfully Banned in Valorant? What Should You Put in a Support Appeal?

Geschlossener Thread Vom Archiv geschlossen

Not asking anyone to post account details, but what should someone prepare if they genuinely believe a Valorant penalty was applied by mistake?

I'd expect them to use the official support route, explain the timeline clearly, include any relevant error messages, and keep the ticket number. I would not trust a service asking for a password or promising a guaranteed unban. That seems like a great way to turn one problem into two.

Anything else worth including without spamming support with a giant rant? It helps to know which ban type you are appealing before you write the ticket.

Short timeline, exact error or notice, and relevant screenshots. Keep it factual and don't send ten duplicate tickets in a panic.

Don't post your email, login, recovery codes, or ticket screenshots with private info in a public thread either.

What if support gives a generic response?

Reply through the same official channel with relevant new facts. No one here can promise what they'll decide.

And avoid anyone DMing you saying they know an employee who can "clear it" for a fee. That's scam-shaped from orbit.
